This policy describes how DecaTV (hereinafter “we”) processes the personal data collected through the site decatv.com and during our exchanges with you (forms, email, instant messaging, phone).

1. Data controller

Depending on your use of the site and our interactions, we may process in particular:

Order-related data : the product or plan requested, associated messages, payment proofs or transaction references provided by our payment providers (we do not store the full card number on our servers when payment is handled by a certified third party).

Our services are aimed at majeurs. We do not knowingly collect data about minors without the consent of the holder of parental authority where the law requires it. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us so it can be deleted.
